Delivery Information
Tool Shop Direct has one of the largest range of products available to buy online. This gives you the choice of products you deserve and not just a range of selected products that we can fit in our warehouse. 
Our site currently lists 1000's of quality products from the major tool manufacturers and leading brands in the UK.
With computers being linked to our supplier this ensures rapid movement of stock.
We have a great relationship with our supplier base with special agreements set up to ensure swift delivery in to our warehouse.
So if its not on our shelves we can usually have items to us within 1-2 days.
Delivery Times
We will aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days subject to availability of stock. Standard delivery days are Monday - Friday, Saturday Delivery is a non standard service and is subject to an additional charge. (Any Special offers relating to delivery exclude Saturday & non standard delivery locations)
If however the item is in stock in our warehouse on the day of ordering we will (dependent upon time of the order being recived) despatch it for a Next Day Service.
We must stress that next day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Exceptions
Some items may be subject to additional charges due to their weight and size. This is usually items over 30 Kg.
We will advise you of any additional carriage prior to shipping.
Delivery outside UK mainland including all Islands and offshore and Northern Ireland is not subject to our normal carriage rates.

Late DeliveryIf you do not receive your goods after 3 working days and you are in the UK please contact us by clicking HERE
This number will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods from our shop.
We will strive to resolve the issue immediately.
Royal Mail industrial Action
Orders under £10.01 fall within our £1.95 carriage catergory which are normally delivered by Royal Mail. During industrial action unavoideavble delays will be encountered to our service. Should you require your goods urgently you can upgrade your delivery to a courier service (see charges Below).

International shipping is calculated on a per order basis. You will be notified of any additional charges before your order is processed
Delivery Methods
We use Interlink Express and Royal Mail for our Courier deliveries.
You will need to sign for the goods so please ensure you make provision for this. For security reasons we cannot leave parcels un signed for. If you are unable to sign for a parcel please contact us so we can help make arrangements for you but it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure you can take safe delivery.
In the case of a parcel being returned to us because it could not be signed for we will not refund the carriage and an additional charge may be made to re deilver the parcel.
